Halo guys! It’s time for some NdaniTV’s Rumor Has It. Long time abi? I couldn’t agree less. I’ve missed two episodes of the new season of Rumor Has It and while it has nothing to do with me not watching, it has everything to do with me being too let’s say unsatisfied with how the series has been unfolding. Take Episode 3 for instance, I couldn’t get over Ranti’s new flame; Charles looking as though he were cross eyed, no thanks to the odd camera angle 🙄.

He was actually staring at Ranti in this image!!

Episode 4 which was supposed to make me feel better left me answering more questions than actually getting entertained. I just decided to give up  till Episode 5 was released and I thought “well… how bad”?

Review

Episode 5 of Rumor Has It is pretty much predictable. The episode opens to Dolapo finding out that her tire had gone flat. Like you guessed, the Psycho (Femi) is there to the rescue then once again pulls the attacking stunt.

Going forward, we discover that Dolapo is pregnant which is just about the only unpredicted part of the episode. For Ranti and her sweetheart, Charles (Elozonam), things aren’t as sweet as they appeared in the previous episodes. It’s all a set up orchestrated by Arinze to hack into the website but Ranti catches him.

Let’s talk about that scene for a minute. Charles complains of a headache and pleads with Ranti to go get him a strong analgesic from a pharmacy. Shortly after Ranti leaves, Charles makes for her laptop that’s conveniently laying comfortably on the cushion. NOW HOLD ON..

Imagine that you are up to no good in someone’s living room, the door opens and you don’t hear it ?

Exactly what happens. Ranti walks in on Charles and he was unrealistically engrossed in the job that he doesn’t  hear the door till she screams at him. MY FRIEND JUST GIVE ME THAT LEMON JUICE BEFORE I VEX!!

The Episode ends with Femi releasing the sextape he has of Dolapo and himself to RHI and Franklin watches it just before the episode ends.

My take? The story is disappointingly predictable and you know what happens when people can second guess a story? Let me help you, they lose interest.

Have a nice day fellas!
